SES Care Homes is an independent care provider supporting older adults and their families across Surrey. For over 20 years, we’ve focused on one simple aim: delivering care that feels personal, respectful and genuinely reassuring.
We began as a small, family-led organisation with the belief that care should adapt to the individual - not the other way around. That belief continues to shape everything we do today. Our four care homes may differ in size, setting and character, but they are united by a shared commitment to dignity, empathy and consistency of care.
We are not driven by corporate targets or volume-led care. Our homes are managed by experienced leaders who know the people they support and the teams they work alongside. Many of our staff have been part of SES Care Homes for years, creating stable, familiar environments where trust can grow naturally.
This continuity matters. It allows us to build meaningful relationships with residents, families and local healthcare professionals - and to provide care that feels calm, informed and dependable.

We take a considered, person-centred approach to care planning. Daily routines, personal preferences and life history all play a role in shaping support, helping individuals maintain a sense of identity and independence wherever possible.
From residential and nursing care to dementia support and respite stays, our teams focus on what makes each day comfortable, engaging and meaningful.

As needs change, care shouldn’t become fragmented. That’s why we also support people at home through our home care service, delivered in partnership with Ann’s Angels. This joined-up approach allows families to rely on one trusted group throughout their care journey.
At SES Care Homes, we believe good care is built on understanding, consistency and kindness - values that have guided us from the very beginning and continue to define us today.
